Shop Policies

Shipping:

  • Orders are processed in one business day and will have next day shipping. If ordered on a Saturday, orders will be shipped Monday.
  • Custom orders take a maximum of one week to process since they are all handmade and will be shipped within that time frame.
  • We offer USPS First Class Package which takes approximately 1-3 days for shipping. 
  • Subject Clay is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If issues arise, contact us and we will try our best to make accommodations!
  • Note: There may be shipping delays because of COVID-19 and if from a significantly farther destination from the shipping location in Los Angeles. Nevertheless, your package should arrive!

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Subject Clay does not currently offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives to you damaged. If so, contact us at subjectclay@gmail.com with images of the damage within five days of delivery for an exchange of the product and we will ship you a new item.

Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you must adjust details of your order, please contact us. 

Repairs:

  • We offer repairs on products within one year of purchase. If an item needs to be repaired, contact us through our gmail or social media to see methods you may use for at home repair, and if that does not work, let us know and we will repair it for free as long as the buyer pays return shipping.
